Spacious 925 sq. ft. loft with balcony located in the heart of downtown Louisville. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and one block from 4th Street Live!, the premier downtown entertainment facility. You'll be 4 blocks from the KFC YUM! Center as well as the Great Lawn overlooking the Ohio River, 2 blocks from the Kentucky International Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes from Churchill Downs! Free parking in a secured parking garage (entrance height is 6'1")!

I do love to party but this is a boutique loft with 17 condo owners, most of which are the quiet type.
The neighbors are family and do look out for each other. There is a building noise ordinance of 10 P.M. on weekdays and 11 P.M. on weekends.

Very clean. Had a little trouble getting checked in but the host was most helpful and took care of the issue promptly. Parking was convenient and easy to access. Everything we needed was available. Overall a good location. Would stay again.

The River City Loft was everything I was hoping for. Super clean and comfortable. Only time we used our car was to Churchill Downs and NuLu area. The rest we walked to. Would definitely stay here again.
