Very nice stay. If we had to find something that wasn’t perfect, we would say the hot water heater is too small and the parking ramp was hard to navigate. However, these were minor issues for a wonderful stay.

Property was just as it appeared in the photos. Tyler was very responsive and check-in info while long, was clear. He even offered to help with my bags! Made restaurant recommendations upon request. Great location and once you parked, the apartment was very handy to the parking spot.

Great location and a great space

We loved our time at Tyler's place. The location allowed us to walk to dinner and entertainment easily! Space was as described and Tyler was easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if nack in Louisville!

Convenient & Priced Right

Much less expensive than the area hotels-convenient to our event at the convention center and secure. Appreciate the "real" coffee pot so I could brew my own fresh coffee fresh ground beans.
