Comfortable two-room apartment located on the ground floor it has a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with an extra bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs a shading tent, a TV, and a reserved parking space about 300 meters away. The apartment is in the limited traffic area which can be accessed on the day of arrival and departure.
The apartment is located very close to the center and a few steps from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The nice center offers every kind of the facilities , bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies. The beach, reachable in a few minutes on foot, is partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday without using the car.
