A retreat for everyone: The location is fantastic for just about anything you like to do. <8 miles to Mt. Snow for your skiing/snowboarding. Enjoy snowshoeing on our 50 acres. Golf courses nearby, plenty of hiking, boating, & swimming at Lake Raponda and Lake Whitingham, mountain biking at Mt. Snow, you name your adventure and it's nearby. And for those who are looking for a leisurely place away from it all, this house has that too! All renters have felt the house exceeded their expectations. Come to Spruce Hill Farm- you won't be disappointed.
Beautiful1850 farmhouse set on 50 acres. This house has a nice mix between updated amenities but still maintaining the vintage charm. Large newly renovated kitchen. One and a half bathrooms. Family room has wood stove, French doors that look out to our land. Dining room has a large square table, perfect setting for long and leisurely dinners. Lovely detail throughout. Home away from home. Our land is extremely private, has two stone walls and over 100 apple trees. During the summer, it's great for hiking, close to 2 nearby lakes, golf courses, mountain biking! In winter, it's great for skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.

Why they chose this property
This house has been a labor of love. We purchased it in 1997 before kids. Renovated down to the studs in most rooms. We have enjoyed spending time here year round - skiing, hiking, holidays, etc. Our girls are now grown up. We still use the house but we also travel so we love sharing our special place with others who are looking to make great memories as well!
What makes this property unique
What makes this property so unique is the charm of an 1850 farmhouse with a modern kitchen and amenities. The living room with the woodstove and french doors is our favorite room of the house.
