About this property

Awesome Studio recently renovated at Nuevo Vallarta. It has everything new!! Floor, linens, furniture and accesories. It has a great king size bed, and a comfy sofa bed Foutton style in which 2 more guests can sleep. The kitchen is really cute and the views are amazing.
The terrace has been furnished with a beautiful table where you can eat all your meals and enjoy the weather! The bathroom is large and with a lot of space to keep your belongings. It has been equipped with Air Conditioner, Ceiling Fan, Smart tv and Free Wifi. You also have a free parking spot included. The Condominum is full of green areas and has the two greatest pools on it. A big one and the other is actually on the beach!!!

Studio with a view

We were met at specified time and had no issues with stay. Clean and bright space. King size bed, linen and pillows were great. Pools were clean and ocean was only steps away.

Love Aria Oceans

Aria Oceans Residence, grounds are well looked after, staff friendly and helpful! Great location! 3 swimming pools at the ocean! Our condo was good, would be nice to have a barbecue! Look forward to going back next year!

Déçu de VRBO

L’agent qui devait nous attendre au condo ne s’est jamais présenté. Après 2 heures d’enfer à essayer de me faire comprendre à la guérite car je ne parle pas espagnol, un mexicain a finalement réussi à joindre l’agent et il s’est occupé de nous. Au condo l’ensemble patio est dans un état lamentable, les dossiers de chaise sont défroncés. Pas d’eau chaude pour la douche, saleté un peu partout etc etc etc. Dans le passé j’ai souvent utilisé vos services soit sous mon nom ou celui de Francine Gariepy Leduc et cette fois-ci était la dernière.

My short stay

The apartment has a good view of the ocean . The apartment was clean and it is a good fit for 2 people. Unfortunately the apartment is getting old and we found out that the Air Conditioner did not work. It turns off frequently and the room was hot could not sleep first night. Also the shower head did not supply even amount of water because it is de laminated at part of the edges. However Alex, the maintenance person, did an incredible work for us to have a pleasant stay.
