The residence with its marina is served by rubber dinghy rental, pizzeria bar and restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, ideal for evening walks. The apartment is located behind the main unit, has a bathroom with shower, a kitchen complete with all appliances and dishes, a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot, an internal log with table and chairs, an external barbecue and shower .
