Historic Seminole Heights is an up and coming, very hip neighborhood with fantastic restaurants and bars in walking distance. Just minutes from USF & U of Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, USF, Downtown Tampa, the aquarium, Hard Rock casino, Busch Gardens, and the beaches are just 20 minutes away.
My guests are amazed at the beauty of this home. Every detail has been addressed: Fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1bath, with sofa couch. The house comfortably sleeps 6. Each bedroom offers its own unique decor and the bathroom comes with double sinks. The spacious living room flows right into the exposed kitchen. Kitchen houses granite counter tops, instant hot water, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher and range hood. Living room houses a flat screen TV. Washer machine & Dryer. Let the outside in with the screened in back porch and open aired front porch with swing. Gorgeous back yard patio with fire pit and hammock. All the amenities you could only hope for are right here.
