Summary:
Welcome to the Mid-Century Manor in the heart of Seminole Heights. Walk just a few blocks to many of the hotspots that The Foodie District of Tampa has to offer! Situated just 5-10 min north of Downtown, the Manor is just off highway 275 and I4 which makes for easy commute to anywhere that you’re trying to go in Tampa Bay. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 pull out couch to sleep a maximum of 6 people! Every detail in this home has been thought out to try to give it an authentic 1950’s feel!
The Space:
This home sits on the second floor and provides an outdoor covered patio/balcony. Inside, the home has original hardwood floors from the 1920s, gorgeous original wood paneling throughout, tons of original built ins and many other features that give this historic home a lot of charm. You’ll love the proximity to everything! Walk to plenty of things, and easy access to everything else by car!
Guest Access:
Plenty of parking and private access to your apartment and private unshared balcony!
The Neighborhood:
Seminole Heights is our up and coming Foodie hotspot. Tons of fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, etc. most of which are walking distance or a short Uber ride away! Downtown is 5-10 min away. Airport-15min. Beaches-15-40min (depending on the beach). Busch gardens-10min. Moffitt-10 min.
Getting Around:
Walkable to many spots, but a car is still suggested. Uber is very reasonable and readily available too!
Other Things to Note:
While many places are walkable in Seminole Heights, Tampa in general is a very drivable city. So I’d recommend renting a car or preparing to Uber while you’re in town if you plan to see the majority of the city!
Interaction with Guests:
We can be as interactive as you want, or as socially distant as you want! Self check in, but we’re available 24/7 via the Airbnb app!
