Newly built holiday complex with an excellent location on Levante beach.
Please note that it is only rented to families or couples.
Excellent urbanization with a lake pool, another for children and a heated pool in winter.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and private parking.
It is located on the 18th floor with beautiful views of the sea and the city.

Stays of less than one month will leave a damage deposit of 150 Euros in cash, stays of one month or more will leave a deposit of 300 Euros.
