Authentic holiday home with a Mediterranean atmosphere and private swimming pool

At a distance of 8 kilometers from Rocca di Sotto you will find Casa Gufo with a fantastic view at the top of the hill.
From the coast you drive approximately 30 km. between the grape fields and olive trees to Casa Gufo. Swaying along a country lane over the ridge of the hill with on the one hand beautiful views of farmlands and on the other sleepy mountain villages that seem to be glued to the hill. And then ..., suddenly there is Casa Gufo.
At dusk you can hear the owls calling, to which the house owes its name.

You will be warmly welcomed by the friendly English lady of the house. What strikes you immediately is the beautiful, spacious swimming pool with terrace, located next to the house in a beautiful garden with, among other things, cypresses and fruit trees; the holiday can begin. Through a generous roof you walk through the living room to the living kitchen, equipped with extensive kitchen inventory.

On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a bathroom and a balcony with a great view. 2 single folding beds can also be added here.
It is possible to use the sofa in the living room as an additional sleeping place for 2 people. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
On the other side of the house, through a separate entrance, a second and third bedroom with shared bathroom and a beautiful balcony can be reached.
The price of the house is calculated for 2 - 4 people.
If you want to stay with 6 people in the house, then this is possible. For this we charge 25 euros extra per day.

Another part of the house (with its own entrance) is occupied by the owner.

Pets are welcome in consultation.

Bed / bath and kitchen linen are included and there is a washing machine.
Parking is available on site.
It is a 40-minute drive to the coast and 40 minutes to the breathtaking high mountains of the "Gran Sasso".
