Casa delle Rose - Family-friendly rural holiday home
Casa delle Rose is a spacious, comfortable holiday home. The living area is located on the first floor. The house is fully equipped and can accommodate 6 people. The house is ideal for relaxing. The house was (partly) renovated in 2020/2021 and completely refurbished. The entire house can be kept cool in the summer by the shutters. The house is fully equipped with mosquito nets.
On one of the two balconies or on the terrace in the garden you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine with a view of the Gran Sasso mountains. From the street you can see the sea in clear weather.
The house is situated on a plot of approximately 4500 m2, with a spacious garden and olive grove. Come in October and help with the olive harvest! Enjoy the many fruits that grow on the different fruit trees. A place where you can leave the door open all week.
The beach (nearest beach 35 minutes drive) and / or mountains (40 minutes drive) can be reached quickly from the house. But also a day of shopping is certainly possible. From the house you can make beautiful walks or bike rides.
The nearby village of Cermignano is a pleasant village with bars, restaurants and shops with all basic amenities. Within walking distance is a small Bar (open from Thu to Sat). Larger places are about 10 minutes away by car. Other small ancient villages are located around Cermignano.
Pescara airport is a 60 minute drive.
Ancona airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes drive.
Rome Airport (Ciampino) is a 2-hour drive away.
