Lovely recently renovated one bedroom apartment in gated community with communal pool. South facing so it has sun on the terrace all day and very quiet location away from traffic. Central air conditioning and heating. Cable TV with Spanish, French, Norwegian and British channels. Two minutes walk from restaurants, bars and shops and close to number 10 bus stop which links Benidorm, Alfaz, Albir and Altea and operates every 15 minutes.
