Our apartment "one foot in the water" is ideal for a couple or a family.
It has been completely renovated to bring it up to date.

Our rental is located in a very nice "Belle Epoque" style residence on the Wimereux dike.
It offers direct access to the sea and the pedestrian embankment.

"a foot in the water" is an apartment facing east, it is very peaceful because it is located on the 4th and last floor of the residence. Access is by elevator.
It is very bright with its 2 windows and 2 velux windows.
It offers a beautiful panoramic view of Wimereux and the hill of Wimille.

We put at your disposal many equipment and materials: television, DVD player, HiFi system, internet. It has 3 keys in the holiday key classification, which means "very good comfort".
We also provide equipment to accommodate babies and young children (travel cot, high chairs, plastic dishes, games for different ages ...)

Delightful, comfortable and welcoming

We found the apartment very well presented, quiet and clean. It is compact but not cramped - there's a surprising amount of space for a family of four, and the space is used really efficiently. It is well equipped, and in a really good location, right next to the beach and within a short walk of the town centre and its shops. The owner was friendly and made us very welcome and explained everything clearly. Easily reached from Calais, it is also a short drive (or train ride) from Boulogne-sur-mer and its attractions.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub

Appartement mit. allem was man braucht in bester Lage.

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Das Appartement ist gemütlich und persönlich aber auch gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Sämtliche Geräte gut erklärt und alles funktionierte bestens. Viel Informationsmaterial über die Umgebung, aber auch Spiele vorhanden. Wir waren über Sylvester dort. Festagsgrüße, jahreszeitliche Dekoration, ein Teller mit Süßigkeiten, aber auch ein lokales Bier im Kühlschrank sorgten dafür, dass wir uns gleich zu Hause fühlten. Vielen Dank an das Ehepaar Caron!

In einem ehemaligen Grandhotel befindet sich die Wohnung auf der vierten Etage. Am Haus befindet sich keine Nummer. Es ist die " Residence Côte d' Opale". Direkt an der Promenade. Im Haus befinden sich zwei Aufzüge. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und durchdacht. Und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist nahezu perfekt, sehr gutes WLAN. Das Badezimmer ist am besten für schlanke Menschen geeignet. Bad und Toilette sind durch eine weit oben offene Wand getrennt. Das Bad öffnet zur Küche. Wer Zweisamkeit sucht, sollte hier auch nur mit kleinen Kindern hinfahren, da Lüftung und ein Bullauge im Kinderzimmer mit dem Elternschlafzimmer verbunden sind. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und korrekt. Wer übermäßig Strom, Gas und Wasser verbraucht, zahlt dieses am Ende nach. Das dürfte aber selten vorkommen.

Un merveilleux séjour !

Un merveilleux séjour avec mon mari et mes 2 filles tant au niveau de la découverte de la région que du logement! Le logement est idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants: fonctionnel, très équipé, propreté irréprochable, lumineux, avec de nombreux jeux. Possibilité de parking aux alentours sans difficulté. La réalité est encore mieux que sur les photos. Sans oublier un accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Avec un si beau logement, la vue mer est inutile! Je rêvais de mon we à la mer, je reviens enchantée. A bientôt !

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung "mit einem Fuß im Wasser". Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Da das Haus direkt an der Strandpromenade liegt, haben wir lange Spaziergänge am Strand gemacht. Aber auch Bäcker und Geschäfte können zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Clean, comfortable, beach front location, although no sea views from the apartment. Free parking around the building, short walk to town centre. Host very welcoming, helpful and organised. Kitted out with everything you need. Small shower the only downside but great rental for a few days by the sea for max 4 people. Would return.

sehr entspannend

Gemütliche Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Personen und hatten Alles, was wir brauchen. Um dem Ganzen noch eine Krone aufzusetzen, wäre ein Meeresblick toll gewesen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist traumhaft, man braucht nur ein paar Schritte um die Ecke gehen und schon ist man am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe.Man kann das Auto stehen lassen und findet in den kleinen Straßen problemlos kostenfreie Plätze.
