Boasting a lovely south-facing terrace with beautiful views of the city and the sea, this apartment welcomes you to a bright and comfortable setting. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and television, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.), and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 to ensure a most pleasant stay. A blackout blind in the bedroom and a roller shutter in the living room provide added comfort.
Ideally located, you will be just 200 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the city center, and right next to the Saint-Jean Bay Garden. A mini-market, grocery stores, and the market (twice a week) are all within walking distance: here, everything is easily accessible without a car.
A cellar is available for storing your beach equipment, stroller, or bicycles (two bike racks are provided).
Located on the third and top floor of a small, quiet building with eight apartments, the apartment offers a beautiful, unobstructed view. The building does not have an elevator, but the stairwell is wide and comfortable.
Bed linen can be provided upon request (€15 per bed). This is a non-smoking apartment. We will personally welcome you around 5:30 pm and assist you upon arrival.
