Guests have exclusive access to the whole property with a fully equipped kitchen including Tassimo Coffee machine and integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A boutique style dining table with four chairs and doors that separate the kitchen from the living space. The Living Area boasts two luxurious sofas and a 42 inch Smart Tv with Netflix, games console and super fast WIFI. There is a downstairs WC for convenience and washing machine for those staying for longer periods.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed with fitted furniture. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted bedroom furniture and an en-suite shower room and toilet.
There is also a family bathroom with a large P-shaped bath and shower to relax in after a long day of exploring.

There is also CCTV to the front of the property giving corporate guests and contractors peace of mind.

Morgan's Retreat is situated on the outskirts of town allowing guests to avoid heavy traffic and its just 1.3 miles to Harrogate Pavillions and the Yorkshire Show ground, 1.1 miles from Harrogate Hospital and just 2.1 miles to the Harrogate Convention Centre.
