Quiet residential apartment in tree-lined street

The flat is situated on the raised ground floor of a Victorian building. It is very bright and spacious with very high ceilings and large windows. There is a large bedroom with a new very large double-bed and a sofa.
The living room- open plan kitchen has views over a garden that is not part of the apartment but gives a nice relaxing outlook.

The living room- open plan kitchen has views over a garden that is not part of the apartment but gives a nice relaxing outlook.
Please note that the carpet in the living room needs replacing as do the tiles in the bathroom. The carpet in the bedroom has been replaced. The livign room carpet has been professionally cleaned but it was not possible to remove the stains smudged that were alco cuased by a water leak.

La casa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Baron's Court sulla Piccadilly line quindi comodissima per raggiungere il centro della città. Casa grande, ambienti spaziosi, grande camera da letto e ampio soggiorno. Può ospitare tranquillamente 4 persone. Noi eravamo in due quindi siamo stati molto comodi. Angolo cottura attrezzato per cucinare in comodità. Ci sono anche la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. La consiglio sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni
