Discover Casa Delisa, a splendid holiday home located in a welcoming residence of only 8 units, immersed in tranquility just a few steps from the wonderful Romantica beach. Ideal for families, Casa Delisa is a terraced house, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort.

On the ground floor, a small garden welcomes you with a covered terrace, complete with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and summer evenings under the stars. The entrance opens onto the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms: a double bedroom with air conditioning and a balcony offering a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, and a bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for the little ones. A modern bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the floor.

Casa Delisa also offers a private parking space for small cars and a garage for bicycles, while larger cars can be parked along the street. The beach is easily reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, and all essential services, such as supermarkets, bakeries and banks, are just 10 minutes away by car.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einem kurzen Fußweg (ca.10 Minuten) zum Gardasee. Der dazugehörige Pool ist schön groß. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Gemütliche Woche in Manerba

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Anlage am Rande des Dorfes. Der Pool war ein HIghlight für die Kinder, der See zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man im URlaub braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Ferien am Gardasee

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, mit Pool in einer kleinen netten Anlage, abseits vom Trubel, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war prima, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei. Und wenn was fehlt, hilft Garda FeWo sofort. Top Service! Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage im Haus. Gerade bei den heutigen Temperaturen ein "no go". Wir sind früher wieder abgereist. Die Schlafzimmer im 1.OG heizten sich so sehr auf, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Sicherlich zu den anderen Jahreszeiten kein Problem. Im Sommer aber schon. In der Beschreibung sollte erwähnt werden, dass es sich bei dem Doppelbett um ein französisches Bett handelt. Große Menschen kriegen hier ein Problem. Der Garten wäre einladener, wenn er mehr gepflegt würde.
