The North East Villa boasts a luxurious master bedroom with a King size memory foam mattress, while the second bedroom features two memory foam twin mattresses. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with ceiling fans, Roku Smart TVs and a DVD player. For movie buffs, unlimited DVD movie discs are available for free from the rental office just one block away.

This villa also offers the convenience of a washer/dryer and full-size kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. Four Winds is a hidden gem, with four separate two-bedroom one-bath villas nestled in an oak hammock in the heart of downtown Indian Rocks Beach. Transportation is a breeze, with easy access from Tampa or St. Pete Clearwater Airports. Plus, everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach trolley.

Located between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway, Four Winds is perfectly situated for fun and relaxation. The best restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach are just two blocks away, and the complex features a huge sundeck and gas grill. Guests can enjoy free secure Wifi, free long distance calls to the US and Canada, and free weekday daily bicycle use (pick up just one block away).

Please note that this property is pet-friendly, with a maximum of two dogs weighing up to 40 pounds combined. Puppies are not permitted, and pets must be housebroken. Great stay! Read to save $…

The property was perfectly located by restaurants, parks, fishing docks, and the beach. If you want to save $ on the rental (like $200), rent directly from Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty (Plumleeproperties.com). That way you can avoid the Vrbo fee and get a discount.

Wonderful location. I feel it could be cleaner. There was dog hair on duvet and sheets looked stained. It was a holiday on check in so we just bought new sheets for our stay. Hair in shower drain and mold on ceiling in shower. Otherwise, everyone at rental property office was very nice. The location was awesome and close to everything. The house amenities were perfect and price was nice.

locked out

we were locked out of our unit and had to sleep in our truck all night long! management was notified by call service 4 x's no one responded. Emergency # also no response!!! overall our 5 day stay was nice, we talked to a lot of good people, took our 2 poodles and enjoyed our 20 yr anniversary.. WILL NOT GO BACK DUE TO INADEQUATE EMERGENCY #' & manager gave a simple "I'm sorry gave us 1 day refund and that was that." Also there were a lot of BIG BULL ANTS coming in thru the door an employee said, " this is florida and we can't do anything about that." That's about it. the area was fun, good eatery, shops, and weather was great!

IRB Get Away

The place was great for a two week get way for my wife, me, and our dog. Simple but very comfortable two bedroom setup with a nice kitchen and living area.
