New independent architect house

A short distance from the city of Brest, stay in a new and pleasant house ideally located in the harbor of Brest to visit Finistere and enjoy the nautical activities, swimming and hiking on the coastal paths.

The airport is located 8 kms and the TGV station at 5 kms.
The town of Relecq Kerhuon is very well served by expressways RN RN 12 AND 165.

The house is equipped to receive 4 people. It has a terrace / garden area and is in a dead end of a quiet and popular area and close to all amenities.

The beach is within walking distance as is the Spadium pool and water park fun park, marina, Océanopolis and National Botanical Conservatory.
The GR 34 passes in front of the house.

Very clean and comfortable house. Clean beds. Good location, quiet location.Point to note is there is only one toilet,which downstairs from the bedrooms which may cause those with mobility challenges some issues.Apart from that a lovely 2 night stay

Très très bon séjour. La maison est top.... Le cadre est très bien, calme ,le petit jardin est très appréciable,la maison très accueillante. Mr Miklaz est très très gentil,sympathique et très chaleureux,, à l'écoute, discret , et vraiment très accueillant... Le petit cadeau de bienvenue est un geste très chaleureux.

Ideal für einen Urlaub in der Bretagne

Die Wohnung ist freundlich, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sodass wir uns von der ersten Minute dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles, was man im Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Wanderungen und Spaziergänge auf dem Sentier cotier sind von der Haustür aus möglich, Strände sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Serge und Sylvie sind überaus freundlich, immer ansprechbar und tun alles für das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste. Auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus ist man durch den üppig bepflanzten Garten zur Straße hin völlig ungestört. Wir fahren normalerweise nicht zweimal an die gleiche Stelle, aber diesmal kann es gut sein, dass wir wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank noch mal an Serge und Sylvie.

Jolis maison, bien équipée, bien placé, un super marché pas loin, de quoi faire des balades. Accueillis avec un petit mot des propriétaires pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et nous rappeler qu ils étaient disponible si problèmes, ca fait plaisir. Tout les livres sur la Bretagne a disposition pour ceux qui manque d idée ou qui veulent en connaitre plus sur la Bretagne je trouve ca aussi super bien. Nous avons ete ravi et nous n hériteront pas a y revenir lors de nos prochains sejours.

Passage sur Brest pour une formation

De passage quelques jours sur Brest nous avons loués cette petite maison qui ne paye de mine, très propre, endroit calme, à l’entrée de Brest sans en avoir les inconvénients du centre ville. Tous les commerces à proximité. Idéal pour une formation ou petit séjour avec enfants (chiens acceptés), les propriétaires sont accessibles et habitent derrière la location.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la plage et de la très bonne pâtisserie/boulangerie David Petit à 8 min à pied. Maison très fonctionnelle. Seul "défaut" la connexion avec le téléphone qui n'était pas optimale pour mes jeunes adultes. Les propriétaires sont apparemment passionnés d'art puis de nombreuses reproductions numérotées décorent les murs ce que nous avons également beaucoup apprécié.

Très bon séjour

Une très jolie surprise, logement très propre, très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Au calme, à moins de 15 min de brest en voiture, à quelques minutes à pied de la rade. Ma fille était ravie de pouvoir séjourner dans une jolie chambre d'enfant. Hôte d'une extrême gentillesse et très accueillant. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain! Merci pour ce séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme de la rade de Brest et à proximité d'Océanopolis. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et nous ont fourni de nombreuses indications sur les lieux incontournables à visiter. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Propriété plus qu'agréable, très calme, à proximité des plages, des promenades à pieds, de la ville de Brest. Les petites filles ont été enchantées. Nous recommandons d'en profiter pour aller à l'ile d'Ouessant. Nous avons eu un temps superbe, pratiquement 30° toute la semaine, et....... 28° à Ouessant! Incroyable mais vrai.
