Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day. If this is exceeded, extra kw will be charged at current market price. The kw/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.



Does it have air conditioning?

Yes, in the living room and the three bedrooms.

We remind you that air conditioners can cool the room quickly if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave them on when you are not at home.



What dimensions does the pool have?

It measures 5.95x2.66 with a maximum approximate depth of 1.60m.



What are the beds like?

There are 3 double beds, one of 180x190m and two of 160x200m.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who is responsible for maintaining the swimming pool?

The technician comes once a week.
