The house comfortably accommodates 10 adults and 2 children: 6 bedrooms, private pool, summer dining area, multiple terraces, and incredible sea views from every room. Professional fiber optic internet.

The house spans 260m². Numerous terraces and a summer dining area are available.

There are 4 bedrooms with sea-view terraces on the first floor, along with 2 bathrooms. A small, independent studio apartment on the ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small living room and kitchen, and a patio garden.

Private parking and a small garden are also included. A €1500 security deposit and an additional €25/day for air conditioning are required.

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. We stayed during a very hot period, so it was lovely to have the ceiling fans and air conditioning. The area is very peaceful and there are so many cool spots to relax on balconies and around the garden. Marco was very helpful both before and after booking, and we would definitely stay again if coming back to the area.

Een paradijs voor liefhebbers van de natuur, lekker eten en rust!Als u, net als wij, op zoek bent naar een plek die authenticiteit en comfort combineert, dan is deze villa een absoluut perfecte keuze. U wordt hier met oprechte vriendelijkheid ontvangen, op een plek met een ziel.Voor liefhebbers van het buitenleven is dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. We hebben het park van Cap de Creus verkend tijdens onvergetelijke wandelingen, te midden van die spectaculaire maanachtige rotsen die Salvador Dalí zo hebben geïnspireerd. Het Catalaanse achterland blijft niet achter en biedt prachtige fietsroutes om de regio van binnenuit te ontdekken.Maar het hoogtepunt van het verblijf blijft ongetwijfeld die magische dag in Cala Pelosa. De ervaring is ongelooflijk: je komt aan met een taxiboot om aan tafel te gaan voor een fantastische paella met kreeft. Na zo'n feestmaal is luieren in deze kleine, ongerepte baai puur geluk.'s Avonds wordt de villa een toevluchtsoord. Wat een voorrecht om die absolute rust te vinden en op de terrassen te gaan zitten om het spectaculaire uitzicht over de baai te bewonderen. Het huis is zeer ruim, met zorg ingericht en voorzien van hoogwaardig beddengoed, waardoor je na de sportieve dagen echt kunt bijkomen. Een adres dat even elegant als gastvrij is, perfect voor wie avontuur en rust wil combineren. We vertrekken met het hoofd vol herinneringen!

het soort plek waar je vanaf de eerste minuut ontspant! Hartelijk dank aan de eigenaren voor hun warme welkom en hun vriendelijkheid; keitoffe mensen!Het huis is prachtig en super ruim, ideaal voor groepen. We brachten veel tijd door met chillen op de terrassen met spectaculair uitzicht op de Baai van Roses, magisch. Qua comfort is het het beste: de vintage master suite is heel charmant en de bedden zijn behalve enorm groot ook heel goed, je slaapt er heerlijk!Ook onze uitgenodigde vrienden waren onder de indruk.De locatie is een briljant compromis: we zijn in totale rust voor een onverslaanbare prijs, en toch maar 30 minuten verwijderd van l'Escala, Empuriabrava en zijn kanalen, en natuurlijk Sant Martí, een pracht van een middeleeuws dorpje met het gezelligste pleintje.De toegang vanuit Frankrijk is supersnel en de privéparkeerplaats is superpraktisch. Alles was perfect!

Le combo parfait : vue magnifique et confort au top. Franchement, on rentre de ce séjour avec des étoiles plein les yeux. Cette villa est une vraie pépite ! On était une grande tribu avec adultes, ados et jeunes enfants et c’était juste parfait : la maison est immense, super bien pensée pour que chacun ait son coin de tranquillité, le tout avec une très jolie déco. Un autre point fort: les terrasses… il y en a partout ! Parfait pour chiller devant la superbe vue sur la baie de Roses.Côté pratique, c'est 10/10. L'accès depuis la frontière française est ultra simple et le parking est bien conçu. La localisation est parfaite : on est à deux pas de l'agitation de Cadaqués. Ça nous a permis de tester plein de restos sympas, avant de rentrer au calme dans notre villa. Le rapport qualité-prix et le confort sont imbattables par rapport à ce qu'on trouve directement dans le centre de Cadaqués.Pour les amoureux de la mer, c’est le paradis. Il y a plein de plages aux alentours, dont une qui accepte les chiens (le nôtre était d'ailleurs aux anges pendant tout le séjour !). Un conseil : le Chiringuito X. C’est le meilleur spot du coin si vous aimez les mojitos, les grillades et la bonne musique (DJ le soir).Bref, de l’espace, du style et une vibe incroyable pour rayonner dans la région

Un séjour d'exception, confort royal et vue spectaculaire.Nous rentrons enchantés de notre séjour dans cette villa qui est une véritable perle rare. Dès l'arrivée, l'accès depuis la France est d'une simplicité remarquable, ce qui permet de commencer les vacances sans le moindre stress. Un point positif est le parking privé devant la maison; pour décharger les courses en rentrant du supermarché Carrefour à 5 min de la maison La maison en elle-même est magnifique et particulièrement spacieuse, idéale pour les grandes familles comme la nôtre. Nous avons eu un énorme coup de cœur pour la suite parentale, qui est immense avec un cachet vintage très élégant. Le niveau de confort est vraiment supérieur à ce que l'on trouve habituellement : les lits King Size en 1,80m sont une prestation d'un luxe rare en Espagne comme en France, et nous y avons merveilleusement bien dormi.La décoration est très chouette et la villa dispose de nombreuses terrasses offrant des trop belles vues sur la baie de Roses, un bonheur à chaque instant de la journée. Même notre chien était aux anges avec tout cet espace ! L'emplacement est stratégique car on rejoint le centre de Rosas en 5 min en voiture et Cadaqués en seulement 19 minutes pour profiter de ses nombreux restaurants extraordinaires , tout en bénéficiant ici d'un tarif et d'un calme inégalables. On se sent tellement bien dans la belle grande maison de Marco. Tout y est conçu avec goût et soin pour un séjour feel good. Les espaces spacieux, lumineux et cosy, l'équipement complet, la belle vue sur la mer, la situation géographique.Bref, on n'a pas envie de partir. On va revenir!
