Great apartment with balcony and ocean view. Its location is the best, in the heart of Estoril, on top of the beach and at the foot of the train station (2 minutes walk to the beach and ESTORIL station is just outside the door of the building. It was renovated in July 2017. The apartment overlooks the sea and is located opposite the Casino gardens, 5 minutes' walk from Estoril Casino. It has next to the Building restaurants and supermarkets.

The apartment was bought in 2018 and totally refurbished, and decorated. Its decor is modern, luxurious and simple. The apartment has a great air conditioning which redirected the apartment in 5 minutes and has great windows to be able to provide a great quality nights. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new with a modern and sophisticated décor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea which is just 100 meters where you can enjoy romantic meals in the casino gardens.

The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the beach (you just cross the tunnel just outside the apartment). You can do great walks to Cascais by the sea, enjoying the wonderful smell of the sea in the morning and you can stop in the bars and restaurants to have a romantic meal by the sea, or watch the sunset at the end of the day, away from the cars. Situated in the heart of Estoril, the Apartment is 50 meters from the Train Station and 50 meters from Tamariz Beach. From the balcony you have a romantic view over the casino gardens and the ocean. A 5-minute walk away is the famous Estoril Casino where the history of the 007 James Bond was invented in the post war period by Ian Fleming. Its location is excellent for staying as a base to go to Lisbon, Cais do Sodré (25 minutes by train), to the romantic World Heritage Sintra Village, with its palaces, castles and gardens, a 20 minute bus ride away. you can catch it across the street (next to the train station). It is 5 minutes by train from Cascais or 20 minutes by foot, by the sea.

It has next to the apartment several restaurants, also has supermarket next to the apartment and another very good one to 5 minutes on foot. There is a church 2 minutes away.
