An excellent place to stay in Sintra

This is an excellent property - spacious, well equipped, in a central location in modern Sintra, not far from the historic area. The kitchen, dining room, bedroom and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a sitting room and a larger bathroom. The stairs are steep, so we used only the ground floor, which was fine for our needs. Whilst the property is fully functional, it could benefit from more wall decorations (painting, photos, etc) and more rugs, to make it more like a home.

Lovely spot to spend a few days in Sintra

This is a well located property, in a residential neighbourhood with some terrific restaurants right a round the corner and a local market right across the street. Easy to access the touristy part of Sintra by foot or transit and from there do all of the tours. The space is very nicely finished but be aware that the second level amenities are only reachable via an extremely steep and difficult staircase (1 foot risers)...this is where the sofa is so if you don't use these stairs there are only dining chairs to sit on. This worked for us but would be impossible for anyone with any type of mobility issues
