Appartamento con riscaldamento scarso, stufina nel bagno ( pericolosa) ha fatto saltare la luce: scesa nel vano cabine elettriche in pigiama. Pavimento piuttosto rovinato: già sistemaro sarebbe un segnale di rispetto.
