The house is located in the center of a pine forest, you will be pleasantly surprised by the view from the terrace, where it is good to take your meals facing the sea. The place and very peaceful without any nuisance. A fitted kitchen, American fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a comfortable dining room with all the crockery, a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, 2 bedrooms with very good bedding, for your sleep. The spacious bathroom equipped with a double sink, and a walk-in shower and wc. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets.
The house is 4 km from the beach of ALTEA
You will find in Altéa la Vieja small bars and restaurants offering fine cuisine, and all the daily necessities, 2 supermarkets, hairdresser, banks, other shops.
The village of Altéa la vieja and a commune of Altéa, close to Bénidorm, Calpe and Albir. 3 kms away is the Golf Don Cayo, nautical base (jet ski, boat rental, school license boat 4 kms).
VISITS: Callosa d'en Sarria the cascades of Fuente del Algar, the castle of GUADALEST "fortress" the catel of BENIDORM and its historic center (famous tapas bar), the Penon de Ifach in CALPE.
