The house is adjacent to the nature reserve on the mountain La Olta in Calpe. It is particularly suitable for tenants who like to go hiking in the mountains - or who are looking for a quiet place to spend the winter in Spain.
The house has 2 apartments. The main apartment has a spacious living-dining room with winter garden (with a fantastic sea view), 1 kitchen (with exit to a breakfast terrace), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The studio in the basement can be rented for an extra charge. This has a living-bedroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 bathroom. In case, that its rented only the upper apartment, the lower apartment is closed and nobody live there.
There is a parking space for 2 cars on the property. The house does not have a pool.
