An amazing and exclusive designer decorated our new home at Cerritos zone in Mazatlán and the best thing is that is walking distance to the beach. The home is located in a safe Neighbourhood with 24hrs surveillance. A/C in the living room, dining room and in the 3 bedrooms. 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, Smart TV's with Satellite, small patio with comfortable furniture. Common Pool with beautiful green areas and a playground for kids. Parking space for 2 cars.

Secure and clean!

We were hesitant to book this property at first as there were mixed reviews. The owner was very easy to communicate with. She met us at the gated guarded entrance and showed us the property. We were pleased to see the property was clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was just a short walk away. As well as the beach. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. All in all we enjoyed this place and would come back again!
