Casa Cascada - Luxury Home with Pool and Views!

Casa Cascada is a stunning Mexican retreat set on the side of Icebox hill, overlooking the bay at Olas Altas. The vibrant colors and open design make this home an inviting space to share with friends and family.

The house is built around an inner courtyard, overlooking the Pacific ocean. From here, you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze all year round! On this main level are the kitchen, dining area, guest bathroom, laundry machines, and one bedroom with queensize bed, closet and private ensuite with shower.

Take the stairs down one level to reach the second bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, closet, mini-bar, and ensuite with shower. Sliding patio doors here are also great for letting in the fresh air.

Up one level from the main courtyard is the third bedroom/studio. This room has beautiful ocean views, a sofa-bed and private ensuite with shower. This is also where the Smart TV is located.

Up another couple of steps is the roof-top patio, with loungers for taking in the sun, and a large sun-shade for when you need a little cool-off!

A/C is available in all of the bedrooms, and in the kitchen. If used in the kitchen, the large sliding doors must be closed, in order for the machines to run properly.

The house is equipped with towels and bed linens, beach towels, kitchen appliances and dinnerware.

Services included are: internet, water, electricity*, check-in cleaning, as well as 1 cleaning per week during your stay.

*Electricity is included up to $700 pesos per stay/month. Any difference will be charged separately.

*This home is currently listed for sale. Showings may be scheduled during your stay, with 24 hrs. prior notice. Showing generally only take about 15 to 20 minutes.

Great place, will stay again.

This place is absolutely beautiful! It’s was perfect ! The outdoor living space is perfect and the pool that over looks the ocean is fantastic ! It’s so close to everything as far as great eating places and shopping ! Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family ! We would most definitely stay there again !

Wonderful property. Great view and location. The home was nice and clean with the swimming pool being our favorite part. Easy communication with the owners made this a wonderful trip. I will be back for sure!

The sunrises and sunsets are what we really love.

Eunice from Occan is a pleasure to work with. She is responsive and helpful. Casa Cascada is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping but the sunrises and sunsets is what we really love about the house.

A little piece of paradise!

We enjoyed a 9 night stay at Casa Cascada in March 2024. The house, designed by the owners who are both architects, is absolutely beautiful and takes full advantage of the beautiful view across the Malecón and Olas Altas Beach. The open air kitchen/living area, two decks and pool allow for maximum enjoyment of the wonderful climate. The house was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy walking to the Malecón, beaches, markets and bars and restaurants in the Centro Historico. Perfect!

We loved this place!

We stayed for 7 nights and we loved this place. The view and private pool are the highlight. The pool is very private and larger than it seems in the photos I'd say it's around 12ft x 8ft at about 5ft deep. and it does have some steps to get doen into it not it but not much. It's not heated but that was not a problem once your in it's wonderful, especially on a hot day which Mazatlán has plenty of. It was also very clean. The view from the rooftop deck allows for full sunset views. The AC is set up for each individual room and works very well. We did have a clogged sink initially but Eunice had it taken care of that same day. The location is excellent only a 10 min walk to the Plaza Machado and 5min to the Malecon. It is up a steep road but nothing to bad plus the pool awaits. We hope to return and would highly recommend.

The roof-top terrace is perfect for getting some sun, watching the sunset, or just hanging out with friends. The pool is not heated, so is great for a quick cool-down. The location of this home is within minutes walking to many of the best restaurants in town. Also within walking distance are banks, markets, shops, galleries, and the beach!
