Large 2 double bedroom city centre maisonette ideally located just off Great Pulteney Street less than a minutes walk from the Holburn Museum, in the most popular area of Bath for holiday rentals. The maisonette is unusually large for a city centre apartment being set on the top 2 stories of a 5 Storey Georgian Townhouse. The first floor has a comfortable living room complete with a sofa bed as well as a separate dining room with a large dining table and ample seating for up to 8 guests. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to create an elegant dinner or make canapes and cocktails, with all the convenience of a dishwasher to take care of all the dishes at the end. The second floor has two double bedrooms with ample storage space for all the clothes one would need for an extended stay and a bathroom complete with bath and shower. Next to the entrance to the maisonette is a utility room with washing machine, ironing & drying facilities.

Super place for a break or a longer stay

Great property for a stay where we had to combine work and holiday. Location is a short flat walk into then center of town. The flat provides a comfortable space and has all the appliances and furnishings you need to really live like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would book again. The owner was responsive and made us feel cared for,
