Bassett Road Flat 2 is a recently converted and modernised first floor property, located in a quiet residential street which is approximately 10 minutes walk away from Sittingbourne town centre and railway station. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
Inside the flat, there is one bedroom with twin beds, which can be joined together to make a lovely super king-size double if preferred, one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and basin, kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer, lounge/diner with a sofa-bed, dining table and 4 chairs. Both bedrooms have their own TV and of course there is a TV in the lounge.
The Superfast Wi-Fi is provided by Virgin Media and should run at 300+ MBPS, so it's perfect if you are streaming or making video calls.
Outside of the flat, there is a small private garden area at the rear of the property with table and chairs.
There is a small local supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the house and the town centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants including the new entertainment centre, is 10 minutes' walk away.
This house makes an excellent base for both families and business people. It's central location makes it very convenient for all local amenities.
