Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom Orchard Cottage near Canterbury

A dog-friendly, peaceful cottage in Chartham Hatch, 10 minutes from Canterbury, in the heart of the Kent countryside, backing onto acres of orchards, hop gardens and woods with wonderful walks.

This beautiful cottage in a wonderful orchard offers great accommodation for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms available.

The living room has a sofa for comfortable seating while guests are relaxing after a day out in the countryside. The first bedroom is also downstairs where the double-sized bed is placed with a nice view of the garden outside. The stairwell will take you to the second bedroom where single beds are waiting upstairs

We limit dogs to two only. Experienced baby sitter/dog sitter is available to give you a night off. We can also provide recommendations for restaurants/pubs in the neighbourhood.

This property is 10- minute drive from Kent and Christchurch Universities.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to the cottage. The annexe is built in our large garden but it is entirely separate with patio.and it has its own private patio with outside space.

Other things to note
It's best to bring your own boots if you want to walk in the orchard if it has been wet during your stay. Note that there are no street lights outside so a torch/flashlight may be handy if you want to go out at night.

Interaction with guests
We make sure your needs and questions are attended prior to and during your stay. You will have your own privacy, however, we are available during the day should you need assistance as we live just few meters away from the cottage.
