Villa Pepita is located on Almeria's beach promenade. It is a cosy new apartment with tasteful decoration. In around 15 minutes you can walk along the beachfront to the city centre, there is no need for a car.
If you fancy a few relaxing days discovering the delights of the province of Almeria, without a doubt, Villa Pepita is a great option.
Maximum occupation is for two people.
The apartment consists of one bedoom with a large double bed, bathroom with shower, and the kitchen, which contains all that you may need, including microwave and oven.
The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and a private parking place.

El Zapillo is one of the best known areas in Almeria. La comodidad del piso y lo bien equipado que estaba,la climatizacion,lo limpio q estaba la luz que tenía,la ubicación cerca de la playa, el garaje para aparcar el coche,apartamento ideal para disfrutar, desconectar y descansar. Las pocas tiendas que hay en la zona,había q irse al centro para zona de compras,en casi todas las playas suele haberercadillo de artesanía y en esta no.

El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor, con todos los servicios que cabe esperar así como una buena ubicación muy cerca de la playa y cerca también del centro de la ciudad, además cabe destacar que había agua y café de cortesía. volvería a repetir sin dudarlo ya que hemos descansado y nos hemos olvidado del trabajo, además el buen tiempo ha ayudado a todo ello. Que hemos tenido poco tiempo de estancia, la próxima vez serán mas días.
