The Velker Office is located on the ground floor of the residence and there will always be someone available during the day (closed on Sunday)

A high standing appartment in top location with unparalleled panoramic view on the lake.

A perfectly situated appartment, high standard, high level of security. Comfortable beds. Loud, one cannot sleep with an open window. Might be hot in summer. Small parking spaces. We were very happy and would like to come again. Thank you.

Must Stay in Locarno

We just came back from our trip and if I could give 10 stars I would. The apartment is clean, spacious and overlooking an incredible view of Lago Maggiore, viewable from every room. The residence is located just 5 minutes walking from the Piazza and supermarket, while a short 10 minute walk will take you to the Lido. A heartfelt thank you again to Esmeralda and Giovanni for making our Locarno stay an unforgettable one. We are already planning our next trip!
