The House was built in wood and stone from the area. It has 450 m2 and 2000 m2 of park. It has different trees on both sides and unique views of the Valley and the Lanín Volcano. The heating is for underfloor heating. The Interior is clad in eucalyptus wood without knotted wooden floors. The decoration is of a typical Patagonia family house with old Irish Pub type details. It has a large kitchen and grill to taste dishes and barbecues ... The neighborhood of Faldeos de Chapelco is a traditional and very careful place.
