Quiet home in eagle rock area

We wanted to try a different area — this house is very close to occidental college and without traffic (!) 30 minutes to most major areas of LA The double bed was very comfortable but low on extra bedding Clean and pretty equipped kitchen and bathrooms but no comfortable seats— felt like dorm furniture with a very low, hard futon-like couch; and the only other seating were four small backless stools. The yard is steeply sloped — the outdoor couch cushions were covered in mildew. The outdoor Dining table has very small uncomfortable folding type chairs around it. We picked this house because we wanted comfortable space for some down time. Disappointing in that regard! The TV has lots of bells and whistles we were not used to — after two nights unable to figure it out the owner gave more info but we gave up The neighborhood was very quiet. We never saw anybody else over a four day stay. Parking off street with a gate.
