Welcome home to the Creosote Ridge Way 3 bedroom, 2 bath Civano semi-custom designer home with spectacular views of the Patano Wash and the Rincon Mountains. Our home is located on a premium one-half acre lot in the Civano One Neighborhood and within a short walk to the Civano Nursery, Community Pool, Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts and other local shops and services. Our home is completely furnished including leather couches and club chairs in the great room, flat screen TV's in each bedroom and Great Room, upgraded Stainless Steel GE Series gas stove and microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, high-speed internet, cable TV, upgraded linens, bar-b-que and professional grade cook's utensils and cookware. Ceiling Fans are located in each bedroom and Great Room. The Master Bathroom Spa has been upgraded with Marble counter tops, designer paint colors, soaking tub, walk-in shower and Plantation Shutters. The Master Bedroom has Plantation Shutters and an upgraded closet design.
There's an abundance of outdoor living areas. A customized screened-in front porch includes leather seating nestled among the succulent container gardens. A walk out to the back yard will take you to a secluded Master Bedroom patio retreat with views of the Pantano Wash and Rincon Mountain Range. The back porch is brightly-decorated with outdoor curtains, leather seating, and annual flowers. The backyard has had a total make-over and includes a new butterfly gardens and fountain, a seating area with a fire feature, lighted pathways. The home has central AC/Heat, solar water heater, laundry room with full-size washer/dryers, and two customized security screen doors.
We are located in the extremely desirable Community of Civano that offers many amenities including: 2 Swimming Pools (solar heated), Walking/Biking Paths, Coffee Shop, Tennis Courts, Soccer Field, and Basketball Courts. The home is located minutes away from the Saguaro National Park, Davis Montham AFB, International Wildlife Museum, Pima Air Museum, and Kartchner Caverns State Park. We are a 5-minute drive to restaurants, grocery shopping, and all conveniences. Come and enjoy the Civano Experience!
There is a Casita on the property. The Casita can be reserved at an additional rate. Please inquire for details. Additional rates do apply. Please note that the casita is located on the property and can be rented by other guests. The Casita is surrounded by privacy a trellis and has its own private patio and entrance.

The house looks exactly like the pictures. It’s beautiful! We came to Tucson to do some fun hiking and it was perfectly located to all the hikes we did. This was the perfect house for us. The kids loved the backyard! The owners even left us some yummy treats to enjoy!

We had an incredibly relaxing stay. The house is spacious and beautiful with top end furnishings and finishes. The beds were very comfortable with wonderful bedding, towels, bathroom amenities etc. Shelly had stocked the fridge upon our arrival and was ready to help at all times. There are 2 pools in short walking distance and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is a short drive to fantastic hiking and very close to a running/ biking trail that we used a lot. We enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this one is definitely at the top!

Comfortable living
Very nice 3 bedroom with plenty of space both inside and outdoors. You can sit outside in the sun morning and afternoon. Fire pit and grill. Everything very clean and well stocked for cooking and eating. Nice location and quiet.

Nice Tucson housing development
The home was perfect for our group. We liked how the master bedroom was private from the rest of the house. We greatly enjoyed the outside spaces to relax with very comfortable furniture. The home was very clean, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for all cooking needs. We enjoyed grilling outside and watching the pretty birds attracted to the property. Despite the warm outdoor temperatures, the house stayed nice and cool. We also enjoyed playing pickle all and swimming in the community pool.
When booking this house we were surprised that there was no cancellation refund allowed and at final checkout we were required to purchase insurance or provide the owners a multi thousand dollar damage deposit. We have rented many properties through VRBO and these restrictions have never applied.
Also, the backyard outdoor space is shared with another separate VRBO and we found our neighboring guests conversations loud and disruptive of our private happy hour time. We also added a guest at the last minute (the house is advertised as accepting 6 guests) and instead of welcoming this guest we were told by Andy that he would notify his wife and she would bill us for an additional guest. We found this interaction abrasive and feel it could have been handled in a more respectful way. Overall we had a wonderful stay and recommend this VRBO to future guests.

Just lovely
We have stayed in Civano several times at Shelly and Andy's properties. They are always beautiful, immaculate, and well-maintained. This visit, the frig died just before we came. Andy had a new frig waiting for us and personally stopped back to drain the ice maker so we wouldn't have to bother. Andy and Shelly both stopped by several times to be sure everything was A-OK (as it was).

The photos don't really do this place justice. There are so many really lovely details in the house including some very beautiful glassworks. The home was really comfortable, the neighborhood was great to walk around in and the host was gracious and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it!

We had an enjoyable time at Civano
This is a great property that is just as nice as the VRBO photos depict. The owners, Shelly and Andy, are perhaps the nicest and easiest to work with owners we have ever experienced. I cannot think of one flaw with the property. The house and surroundings are extremely well decorated. The kitchen was top notch. The master bedroom and bathroom was extremely good. The living/dining room is spacious and well decorated. The internet was sound. And, plenty of tvs to go around. If the VRBO photos and descriptions interest you, don't hesistate to book this property.

Dynamic property, neighborhood and hosts
A very comfy house - the furniture, beds and decor makes this house warm and inviting. The exterior has lots of lounging areas to enjoy the birds and other wildlife. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking all though there are plenty of good restaurants in the area too. The location is close to the grocery store
If you miss this house, find the hosts other houses in the same neighborhood. The hosts help make the stay great with complementary food upon arrival so you have snacks and breakfast after a long day of travel. Their attention to detail from the decor to the furniture to the large TV with a sound bar sets themselves above most all other hosts. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay at any of their houses.

Lovely neighborhood
We had a great time in the house and loved the neighborhood, which is great for walking or visiting the hiking trails in Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon. Shelly was very helpful and it was nice to have a basket of food and wine on the counter when we arrived and some food in the refrigerator after a day of travel.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. Shelly was responsive and kind. The neighbourhood was perfectly positioned for access to the areas we wanted. The birds on the property were a bonus! Beautiful family wedding
We gathered here for our 4th child's wedding at Saguaro Butte's. It was beautiful. Lot's of individual areas for people to visit. comfortable beds, nice linens. Decorated beautifully. I did put a lot of breakables away in the Master closet because I have an active 2 yr old grandson. Shelly and Andy were very supportive of this, no problem. Casita on property is also adorable. (we rented that, too) Everything is very well done, clean and in working order. Wifi worked great. Lots of smart TVs, tho' we didn't really use them. Would love to stay there again when I have more time to roam the neighborhood.

Fantastic house and back yard
This is a perfect home for a larger group. We rented the Casita as well and really enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit in the evenings.

All that, and more!
This gorgeous and well-appointed home was all as described in the posting. What we didn’t expect but were delighted to enjoy were the monarch butterflies, quail, hummingbirds and more in the garden and views of the night sky that didn’t quit! We would definitely consider staying here again. Incredibly relaxing place to use as home base during our visit to Arizona. The hosts were attentive and responsive but not intrusive. We can not think Shelly & Andy enough! Their property was absolutely beautiful! The location in Civano is magical, all the surrounding homes, the morning sunrise, the evening sunsets, the view of the mountains all spectacular. The location of their property is close enough to access all the Tucson and surrounding area and sites easily with minimal driving.The property was spotless when we checked in, Andy & Shelly answered all of our questions, and made sure that if we needed anything they would take care of us. We will be coming back and staying at this property, very soon. Andy & Shelly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable, wonderful! Thank you both, we will be back!

Andy and Shelly have lived in Arizona for over 20 years. We raised two children in Phoenix who attended Arizona State University. We moved to Civano in 2010 to enjoy a quieter lifestyle. Andy is an Engineer for a local firm and Shelly works remotely from home for a fresh Potato Grower & Shipper. We live in Civano, and the neighborhood is our point of refuge each day. We launched our first Civano Southwest Charmer VRBO #818011 in 2016 and we have enjoyed the experience so much that we are going forward with our second house. We have enjoyed hosting our guests from all over the United States and sharing our Civano experience with them. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and make your Tucson visit the best ever!

The Creosote Ridge Way property is a perfect venue for Retreats and Family Reunions. The home is located on the largest lot in Civano - over one-half acre! There's an abundance of outdoor spaces for group gatherings , quilting retreats, outdoor yogo, and silent meditation. The interior great room can easily be converted to a workshop for artists, quilters and scrapbookers,
