Welcome to your home away from home! This modern, spacious 3-bed, 2.5 bath located in family friendly Rita Ranch has everything you need to relax with family and friends. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering to cook, eat, play board games, and watch movies on the 75inch tv equipped with surround sound speakers. Step outside to the back yard to enjoy cookouts at the grill and a nice swim on the hot summer days. Need to rest? Find three clean, cozy & peaceful bedrooms all upstairs!

The house is located in the quiet, family-friendly Rita Ranch neighborhood. The house will be first listed for the holidays and the neighborhood is lite up with incredible decorations--so plan to take some night-time walks and see all the lights!

The Space:
Inside, you'll walk into a bright, open-floor plan with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room has ample comfortable seating and a 75-inch smart tv with an adjustable mount and surround sound system so you can comfortably watch tv from the dining room or kitchen. There's also a half bath and laundry area on the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal, and of course, plenty of coffee!

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, beautiful bathroom with a soaking tub, and large walk in closet. This room is equipped with a 50-inch smart tv and soundbar. The other two bedrooms are cute and cozy with queen-sized beds and plenty of closet space. You'll also find another full bathroom upstairs and plenty of extra towels and linens in the linen closet. The bathrooms come stocked with shower essentials in case you forgot yours at home!

Step outside to the back yard to enjoy cookouts at the grill, dining at the beautiful outdoor table, and a nice swim on the hot summer days.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage (until further notice). Please let me know if you have an electric vehicle because I do have a charger and may be able to provide access to the garage upon advanced notice!
