The Space:
Agua Marina is perfectly situated being just 3 minutes walk to Burriana Beach and only 10 minutes walk to the Town Centre and famous Balcon de Europa. There is gated access from Agua Marina to a path leading down to Playa Burriana, a long, sandy beach situated just east of the town centre. Arguably Nerja's most popular beach, it offers a good selection of water sports and activities and has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. The great location of Agua Marina also gives easy access by foot to the Parador, Carabeo and Nerja town centre.

Communal pools are usually open from May to October.
The owner has no control over the opening dates or times of communal pools. We will wherever possible provide accurate information as to the opening of pools, however this can be changed without notice.
Guest Access:
The owner does not live on the premises so the property is entirely for the guests use.
The Neighborhood:
Nerja with its narrow winding streets and beautiful sandy beaches is rightly regarded as the “Jewel of the Costa del Sol”. Unlike some other towns on the Costa del Sol, Nerja has preserved its charm and character, but still has all the modern amenities holiday makers are looking for including a great choice of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Nerja boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Arguably the most popular is the long, sandy Burriana Beach which offers an array of water sports including sea kayaking, scuba diving and paddle boarding.
There is so much more to do in Nerja besides relaxing on the beach including:
- The Nerja Caves – one of the top tourist attractions in Spain
- Balcon de Europa – the focal point of Nerja for residents and tourists alike
- Frigiliana – traditional white-washed village just 10 minutes drive from Nerja
Getting Around:
The Mediterranean paradise of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport.
CAR HIRE: It is relatively straightforward to hire a car from Malaga Airport or Nerja itself.
BUS SERVICE: There is a well-established bus service which operates a route around Nerja as well as services to the Nerja Caves, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, Torrox, Almunecar, Malaga and Seville.
TAXI: There are several taxi ranks in the town centre and all the taxis operate off of a meter for short journeys
AIRPORT TRANSFERS: There is a bus from Malaga Airport to Nerja via the central bus station in Malaga. A private taxi transfer from the airport can be booked with us for 70 euros one way for up to 4 people or 100€ for a minibus.
