Comfortable and contemporary villa. The villa on the beach accommodates 10 people: 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, 2 terraces, a private bech, kitchen open to the living room. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is magnificent thanks to the large bays in the living room and the dining room. A large sandy and shaded garden of 1000 m² surrounds the villa. A gate gives direct access to the long sandy beach. A swim then a small outdoor shower to get desalinated, a nap in a deckchair under the bohemian olive trees, a grill to the sound of the waves? A dream? No, just perfect

A dream? No, just perfect! We have just returned to Scotland after two wonderful weeks in this beautiful villa. The location of the villa is superb. Every evening we enjoyed scarlet sunsets over the bay. The house is in a superb location, quiet and peaceful with delightful gardens and the perfect sea view. The house is equipped to the highest standards and is extremely comfortable. I spent many happy hours. We loved the whole experience so much we will return many times in the years ahead. We have found a little piece of heaven in Frontignan-Plage and can recommend it to anyone. It is a superb villa in a great location owned by the nicest people. Just go and find out for yourself...... Try also to spend perfect holidays in this dream place.

We had a wonderful stay in Sarah's Villa in Frontignan Plage with 4 Adults and 3 Kids.The ground floor of the house provides 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The rooms are rather small, but big enough to store your clothes and sleep.The beds are comfortable and clean. There is no air conditioning, but due to the close sea, one can open windows and let the breeze cool the house.The upper floor is the highlight of the house: Wonderful ocean view and a lovely balcony to relax during the days and evenings. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped: Induction stove, micowave, 2 coffee machines (one "standard" and one for pods), dishwasher, fridge and freezer with ice dispenser as well as all the pots, pans etc. you need.The outside provides (at least) 3 seating areas so everyone can find their favourite spot. There are 2 canoes and a SUP board complete with paddles that we were allowed to use: The kids LOVED it!There is also a chimney style BBQ which we used plenty.We were given a bike to use: Very convenient to go to the small supermarket (with bakery!) in the mornings since it is a 20min walk.The beach is unbelievable: White sand, clear water and really not many people there. Afterwards you can use the outside shower to get rid of the sand. There even is an outside toilet so the kids do not have to go into the house while being wet.Sarah and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Thank you!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Familienurlaub am Strand mit 3 Generationen Das Haus war dafür perfekt geeignet und eingerichtet. Sète und Montpellier sind gut erreichbar, wenn Abwechslung gesucht wird.

Magnifique emplacement

L’emplacement et la maison, une belle surprise. Encore plus jolie et la vue encore meilleure que ce que donne les photos. Propriétaire très sympa. Nous a mis à dispo paddle et canoë, jeux d’enfants. Bref super semaine, j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Tolles Strandhaus direkt am Meer

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa am Meer war wirklich ein Erlebnis. Durch die exponierte Lage hat man das Gefühl, wirklich direkt auf dem Strand zu wohnen - sogar mit privater kleiner Düne im Garten. Schön ist auch der geschützte Bereich der unteren Terrasse neben dem BBQ. Einmalig schön sind die vielen kleinen Sitz- und Ruhegelegenheiten, die auf dem Grundstück verteilt sind. Man kann jeden Tag seinen Kaffee woanders trinken! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, auch die Küche ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Aufteilung des unteren Geschosses hat für uns perfekt gepasst - wir waren zwei Familien. Man muss dazu sagen, dass die Schlafzimmer unten tatsächlich eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet und recht klein sind. Der Raum mit dem Wow-Effekt ist definitiv der Wohn- und Essbereich, der den gesamten ersten Stock einnimmt und von dem sich der Blick über das Meer öffnet. Die Fotos werden dem gar nicht so gerecht - in echt ist es noch viel schöner. Sarah ist eine about zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat super geklappt, sie empfängt ihre Gäste persönlich und ist bei Fragen immer schnell für einen da. Auch sonst ist das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht - ein Highlight ist sicherlich auch das Gartenhaus, das voller Equipment wie SUP, Kajak und Spiele für den Garten ist. Und auch der Strand ist toll und super kindergeeignet. Einzig zum Supermarkt ist man ein wenig länger unterwegs bzw. braucht ein Auto dort Rad. Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen.

Tolles Strandhaus, ideal mit Kindern und zu 2 Familien

Alles wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos gezeigt - großartig den ganzen Tag von Wohnraum/Küche/ geschützter Terrasse auf Mittelmeer sehen zu können. Man kann sich gut verteilen (draußen mind. 5 Aufenthaltsbereiche auf Grundstück), mit Kindern im Kita- und Schulalter perfekt - können auf dem Grundstück im Sand spielen ("Grenzen" klar, Törchen zum Strand), ums Haus laufen, Ball spielen,.... Bisschen gefährlich zum Ausrutschen ist die Innentreppe zwischen Schlafzimmern und Wohnbereich (für Kinder), aber im Zweifel außen gut und sicher zu "umgehen"! In Nachsaison ist Wohnsiedlung Frontignant Plage recht verlassen, auch die Supermärkte in Fußnähe haben geschlossen.

Wonderful family holiday

We (family with two children 13y & 7y) had a perfect week! Located on a quiet sandy beach, with picturesque views of the sea, the house is beautiful, simply decorated and very well considered. Linens are new, and nice towels as well as beach towels are ready for every guest. Even plug-in mosquito repellent was available in the rooms, if needed. The house is peaceful, with parking, and a great garden with lots of seating and loungers. A bakery van arrives each morning so we could buy fresh bread and enjoy a delicious late breakfast of pastries! The beach is very clean, and the sea isn’t deep unless you want to swim out. There were lots of young families playing on the beach and retired folk gently swimming. There is the town nearby, but this is not a beach with noise or amusement arcades. Instead it is a place to switch off, relax, swim, build a sandcastle and be restored. There is good WiFi in the house should you need it though. Truly we absolutely loved staying - thank you Sarah for a wonderful holiday!

Des vacances plus que réussies dans une maison très bien pensée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui a été très bien agencée. La pièce de vie qui se situe à l'étage est très spacieuse et permet de profiter pleinement de la situation en première ligne...On en a pris plein les yeux. Le jardin qui est de taille plus qu'honnête a fait le bonheur des enfants et la partie qui se situe en front de mer a été très bien pensée. Une petite dune permet en effet de profiter d'un peu d'intimité notamment pour les repas en extérieur...Pour le reste c'est plus qu'appréciable d'échanger avec une hôte qui veille autant à la qualité du séjour des vacanciers. Au final nous garderons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances et ce en dépit d'une météo un brin capricieuse...

Life is better at the beach...

We had a heartly welcome with Sarah and her husband and enjoyed 4 beautiful days in September with our 3 kids. The house was perfect for our family. It’s well equipped and we found everything we need. Also for the children there were some books, toys and games for the beach. The living room on the first floor has a stunning view, is light and friendly, while the bedrooms are on the groundfloor. Great for us: we could see the children playing at the beach while sitting on the terrace. We love remember this house directly at the beach. Thank you Sarah.

Fantastic location

What a beautiful house, and what a location. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids staying there for a week this summer. We really enjoyed ourselves. The Ocean view from the house is amazing, and beeing situated directly on the beach was fantastic. The beach was not overcrowded, and sometimes it felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves in the evenings. Also a very good beach for kids. On a passé une semaine fantastique á frontignan. La maison est merveilleuse et il y a tout ce qu‘il faut. Sarah et jacque sont très gentils et nous ont aidé ou on avait besoin. On aimerait bien retourner ici.

Wunderschöner Strandurlaub ;)

Wir 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder ( im Alter von 8-12 Jahren ) waren vom 29.6-6.7.2019 in diesem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer . Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen! Der Strand ist sehr ruhig und man kommt super ins Wasser . Sehr sicher für die Kinder . Man hat alles greifbar und muss nichts mitschleppen, da das Haus so nah ist . Es war Entspannung pur . Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Vielen Dank

LA PLAGE DANS LA MAISON

Un emplacement exceptionnelle, sauvage tranquille,plage presque privative. Réveil au son des vagues et odeurs de l'iodes, maison avec équipement irréprochable . Coin barbecue cosie.
