Villa Tangstad in Doña Pepa
Modern and spacious design villa, newly renovated in the highest degrees of comfort.
Its location in the well-known residential area of Doña Pepa in Quesada, in a quiet street surrounded by greenery, which gives privacy and intimacy in a very central location with all the services next door, makes it the perfect place.
The outdoor area is 800 m2, the main part is oriented to the south so it has sun all day, and has wonderful views over the salt flats, next to our garden, beautifully decorated with tropical trees, there is an orange grove and a protected area of olive trees.
Around the 8x4 meter saltwater pool a special pavement has been placed so that it does not slip and is not heated by the sun, for those who enjoy swimming, a jet of water is installed against the current to exercise.
A large pergola and two large umbrellas, plenty of space, plus all kinds of outdoor furniture, large table, hammocks, sofa set and armchairs and barbecue make it the perfect place to spend days and nights thanks to the beautiful garden lighting .

The villa is divided into two parts, the main house and an annex apartment with independent entrance.
The main house is accessed through a large south-facing glazed porch with views over the pool and the salt pans that gives way to a spacious living room with a large corner sofa and armchairs to sit by the fireplace, through an area dining room with extensible table for 10 people we access the fully equipped kitchen, on the other side of the living room we find three large bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Very spacious bedrooms 2 and 3 with views over the orange groves, two 90x 200 beds that can be put together (a mattress is added above) or separated.
The three bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, hot and cold air conditioning and a beautiful decoration, two large bathrooms with fully renovated underfloor heating and views over the orange groves.
The annex apartment has a private entrance, is completely renovated in the same qualities as the villa and consists of a large living room (bedroom 4) with a sofa bed, a large bathroom and a bedroom 5 with two beds of 80x200, which has direct access on the garden, you can enter bedroom 5 without going through 4.

Hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms in addition to ceiling fans.
