Spacious Villa with large private pool and outdoor areas in Quesada area
the villa can accommodate up to 10/11 guests
the main accommodation is on the first floor (Main House) - sleeps 6 persons
Plus there is an underbuild (at Pool level) which can sleep an additional 4 persons (see notes below regarding the underbuild **)

Underbuild -
**The underbuild is more suitable for older Teenagers sharing or Parents with young kids **
The underbuild has low ceilings (1.95meters)
There is a spacious open plan kitchen/diner, a laundry room with washing machine ,
There are two connected bedrooms one with 2 single beds and the other with a Double Sofa Bed (includes comfort mattress topper) . there is also an optional additional single bed available (Guest 11)
The underbuild has its own Half Bathroom (bathroom 3) with Toilet and Washbasin only (No Shower) - TIP Guests sleeping in the underbuild will need to use the Poolside Shower room located just outside (next to the Pool ) OR use the bathroom located upstairs in the Main house
For cooling the underbuild has one large Air con unit installed in the hallway between the 2 Bedrooms

Quesada Is located approx 45 Minute drive from Alicante airport and 60 Minute drive from Murcia International Airport. Quesada is situated 5km inland from the coast.. Closest beaches (Gaudamar) are a 10 minute drive and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes.
Good location being 3 minute walk to the Quesada country club with cafen bar and a restaurant
More bars , restaurants, cafe & sports bar, mini market within approx 10 minutes walk

Great Villa

This is a large and well equipped villa and perfect for a family stay. The outdoor facilities are great with the large pool perfect for the whole family. There is plenty of room inside too with the under build a further great area for family to stay. You can walk into Quesada but it would help to have a car, which can be parked in the property! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa with huge heated pool. Large underbuild perfect for my son and his two mates. This Villa has everything and is a 15 minute walk from Quesada main town bars and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Great villa / decent location.

Good villa. Had a small issue and it was resolved immediately with very knowledgeable villa agency who clearly knew the property well. Glad we hired a car as it was needed. Quesada area is okay although the sheer number of ex-pats make it hard to find a traditional Spanish experience, that said a short drive got us there.

Best location ever

We've spent a wonderful week in Casa oliva (name of the house). The pool, the games left for kids, the piano, etc. The number of rooms. Enough beds for 10. We highly recommend

Casa Oliva, Rojales

We had a lovely family holiday at Casa Oliva celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday. The villa was beyond our expectations and the pool was amazing. There was seven of us including three teenagers, 2 at 18years old & 1 at 14. There was more than enough room for all of us and the underbuild was perfect for the older teenagers giving them privacy. Would certainly consider using VRBO again & JK Villas who maintained the villa were always on hand if needed.

Very Good

The best thing about the Villa is outdoor space and pool. It has a outdoor kitchen, toilet and shower helping you to make the most of the days around the pool. The inside of the Villa is very spacious and comfortable, the only downside is no AC in 2 of the bedrooms. Even though they have ceiling fans, it got very warm when night tine temp did not fall below 26 degC. The decor could do with refreshing as its looking a bit tired. Underbuild was perfect for my son, his partner and 2 children. Location is good 25 minute walk into Quesada. Local supermarket 15 mins.

Schönes Domizil mit kleinen Macken.

Eine sehr schöne Villa, die uns eine schöne Urlaubsreise ermöglicht hat. Was in der Beschreibung für uns erst nicht deutlich zu erkennen war, ist, dass die beiden Etagen nur über die Aussentreppe verbunden sind. Das hat unsere Kinder aber nicht gestört ;-) Der hauseigene Pool war für uns einfach genial!!! Ein Stern Abzug dafür, dass die Wasserwerte so schlecht waren, dass wir ihn an drei Tagen fast nicht nutzen konnten. Die Sauberkeit der Bäder und der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig, wir mussten erstmal saubermachen :( Einige Dinge funktionierten im Haus nicht so wie sie sollten, wurden aber von der Agentur schnell in Ordnung gebracht. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Egal wo wir ans Meer gefahren sind, waren die Strände immer sehr schön, manchmal steinig, manchmal nur feiner Sand, innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir werden die Abende, an denen wir um den Pool saßen, während die Kids geschwommen sind und wir gegrillt haben, sehr vermissen!

Fantastic!

Property was exactly as advertised, in fact it was better than we could have hoped for. The pool was absolutely perfect for our 3 children who thoroughly enjoyed splashing around all day. The pool house meant we could watch and eat lunch together without hassle, and could continue into the evening with a BBQ! The property was spotlessly clean, with ample linen and towels. It's approximately a 15/20 minute walk to the main strip in Quesada where there are some lovely bars and restaurants. The water park is on your doorstep and would highly recommend for a family day out! All in all a wonderful holiday, thank you!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Strandnähe

Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Ferienhaus war top ausgestattet, der Pool wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Alle technischen Geräte haben perfekt funktioniert. Wir haben zum zweiten Mal in der Nähe von Guardamar de Segura Urlaub gemacht. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft und immer einen Urlaub wert.
