This is a freshly renovated, fully air-conditioned, and central heat two-bedroom apartment on the top floor. The flat is conveniently near the beach, shops, restaurants, buses, and trains to Nice, Monaco and beyond. This apartment features three balconies with views of historic Mount Albon, the open ocean and the village of Villefranche.

High ceilings lend the modern, open-plan apartment an expansive feel. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, quality pots and pans, and new small appliances.

The dining table seats up to ten people. The south-facing living room delivers all-day sun and plenty of refreshing cross ventilation. Juliet balcony features a table and chairs where you’ll enjoy your breakfast, coffee and croissant. The master bedroom faces east and south with gorgeous views of the sea and the village—new, super high-quality queen-size mattresses in both bedrooms.

Spacious apartment, very clean, close to everything

This apartment was such a great find!! Our host Audrey was delightful. She gave a thorough tour at check-in and provided her phone number in case we had any questions throughout our stay. The apartment was immaculate and very spacious for 3 adults. There are 3 AC units (one in the living room, and one in each bedroom) that worked very well. The apartment is well situated in old town Villefranche and only a 10-minute walk to the train station (7-minute commute to Nice). We looked forward to coming home every night to explore nearby shops and restaurants on the waterfront. HIGHLY recommend!
