On the seafront. Apartment 2 rooms + dining room. 71 meters square. Located opposite to the beach of the 'Promenade des Anglais'. From the two floors of the duplex panoramic sea view. House of fisherman, typically local style and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. Air conditioned apartment. Sunny and oriented to the South. Renovated in 2012. High grade of contemporary style. Living room open to the Mediterranean sea, with a comfortable sofa-bed, flat screen TV and unlimited WI-FI Internet connection. On an incredible waterfront.

Totally new equipped kitchen. A pretty clear bedroom, on the 2° floor, offers a large bed for 2 people. Wardrobes and cupboards. One bathroom with WC and one shower room and 1 WC independent. Apartment on the 3rd floor without LIFT and duplex.

No think is in front but the sea.

WARNING: THE RENTAL CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED BY 4 ADULTS MORE THAN 25 YEARS OLD. You will have to send a copy of all people's ID card or passport. All these people will have to be in the apartment for the checking and they will receive the keys. This apartment is for family use only. No minor people accepted without parents. Location and views the apartment offered were excellent. Pierre was very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and well equipped.Note: if you rent a vehicle for your stay, the assigned parking space is very small, so having a bigger vehicle makes it challenging to park in the space.Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Very nice residence clean convenient to getting around southern France, Monaco and Italy. Neighborhood was a little loud at night with traffic noise. Host was wonderful and very accommodating.

This apartment in Nice was absolutely fantastic! There was so much space and having a 2nd bathroom was so nice! You can’t beat the view from the balcony and having the tram right outside the door made getting everywhere super easy!Check in and check out was super easy and Pierre was really great at communicating and very flexible with our travel times. We loved the neighborhood and the fact that we could take the team into the historic section but could also come home to a quiet place. We already miss looking out at the sea and hope to return next year! Thank you Pierre!

Perfect location for a Nice getaway!!

Spacious property with a great view. Located west of the city, but right on the Tram line which made getting around extremely easy. When we come back to Nice, we would absolutely re-rent this property!

Fantastic property. Great location, convenient to the beach, tram, train, bakeries and restos. Pierre is a great host, very responsive to all queries. Could not recommend this property enough in beautiful Nice. The balcony and view is the real gem.

Best place to live in Nice if you want to be close to all attractions and drive distance to all major cities. The host is very responsive and really pays attention to details. They were very accommodating for us during check in as well check out. Would be staying again when we decide to come back to Nice!

Great Location just outside the city

Great apartment and really great location for getting around without being in the city centre. Just cross the road for the beach or take a tram steps from the apartment into they town. Lovely evenings drinking wine on the balcony. Many thanks we will be back.

Perfect for anyone

Could see right across the beach and all the way to old town from the balcony. Described and pictured perfectly. Fab at check-in considering our flight was delayed 3hrs. Easy to contact owner with any questions etc and was very approachable. Price fantastic for the area and the beautuful comfortable appartment.

Comfortable apartment very close to the beach

Perfect location just a stones throw away from the only one sandy part of the gorgeous beach of Nice. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The apartment is spacious with a separate living quarters downstairs and fully equipped with pretty much everything you need for a beach holiday. Good value for money. Friendly owner, we would happily return to this place.

Perfect holiday location

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a relaxed week of sun and beach in the south of France. The space is clean, modern with beautiful view over the Bay of Nice and only few minutes walk from center town. Here you can relax and forget about every day life. Supermarket and all stores are 2min distance by walk. This was the second year we had booked and will be booking again in 2013.

A short stay near the Promenade des Anglais

The property is located on the 4th floor of an old building facing the Promenade and beside the tram on the opposite side. The apartment is on two levels with a master bedroom in a renovated attic space with a nice view of the sea. There are some low support beams which take some learning in order to avoid bumping one's head. The bed is comfortable and there is a large ensuite. Overall,, the apartment is wonderfully situated next to a tram stop which makes getting around easy. Nice neighborhood, lovely view, traffic noise during the day is blocked completely by excellent doors/windows, building is quiet, shops are nearby as are several restaurants. Makes for a good base for travels in Nice and Cot d'Azur.
