This lovely ocean view condo with park and mountain views is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. Wake up in the morning in a comfortable bed to a beautiful sunrise overlooking the ocean . Have your coffee/tea on the lanai while enjoying amazing mountain views, the ocean and an occasional beautiful rainbow with a 180 degree view. Let the rustle of palm trees and ocean waves lull you to sleep at night.

Beautiful island decorated, ground floor condo with 3 lanais in sunny Poipu, with tile floors, granite counters and lovely wood cabinets. Equipped with linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella and cooler. Prince Kuhio has a private pool in a tropical garden setting and a community barbecue and picnic area. We are just steps away from the best snorkel beach on Kauai and ideally located to enjoy all the beautiful sights of the island. World-class golf is minutes away and the island’s best five star restaurant is just out our front door. Great swimming, snorkeling, turtle and whale watching!

This is the perfect spot to call home base for all your adventures on the island. We have been coming to Kauai for over 20 years and the last 4 years we have stayed at Prince Kuhio and fell in love with it! Our last stay this year resulted in our purchase of #108, we are thrilled to be the new owners of this incredible condo! We have found both the owners and renters at Prince Kuhio to be very enjoyable and have made many new friends.
Why they chose this property
Perfect location says it all! We are across the street from the ocean and beach, up against a private park (quiet), ground floor unit, 3 Lanais, barbecue area, private pool to read and relax by in a tropical garden setting. Wonderful places to walk, outdoor shopping blocks away with many restaurants and shopping.
What makes this property unique
Poipu is the sunniest part of the island and the perfect take off point to explore other areas. You can walk out of the unit and enjoy snorkeling across the street. It is not unusual to see monk seals and turtles on the beach and in the ocean. The unit is large and has a very comfortable feel to it. The views are amazing whether it be the private park or the ocean.
