The apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building, so it has spectacular views. It consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom and terrace on the 3. floor plus a second bedroom and another bathroom on the 4. floor. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom below and a TV in the living room.

There is a spectacular sea view from the kitchen and also some from the terrace, so you can see at all times the conditions of waves and wind.
There is a full kitchen for cooking and preparing breakfast, with fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, pans and pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. It has a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink below and another bathroom with shower, toilet and sink above.

My site is perfect for up to 3 couples and single travelers, families with up to 4 children and also great for a group of friends.

The whole apartment is rented, so only you will have access to the bathroom, the kitchen, the balcony and the eating and living area.
The apartment comes with bed linen, bath towels and beach towel; It is usually changed every 4 days.

The condo has 24 hour security, so you can feel 100% safe.
Next to the entrance there is a place, where you can leave windsurf, surf and kitesurf boards; right next to security.
There is Wifi Payment; it may be, that there is some credit from the previous tenant, but you can recharge it for example in the Leme Bedje supermarket, right next door, or in any other store with a CV Telecom sign. 3GB for example cost € 9.

The location of Leme Bedje is perfect, a short road to the center of Santa Maria, and on the beachfront of Antonio Souza, with its windsurfing and kite centers (Ion Club, Angulo), diving school and restaurants (Angulo, Columbus). At 50m from the apartment you can bathe in the sea or go sailing in windsurfing or kite. Leme Bedje also has a place next to the pool, where you can leave windsurfing boards, surfing etc.
And 50 meters from Leme Bedje, is the free gymnasium of the island, 5 meters from the sea! The most authentic gymnasium with the best atmosphere, I've ever met!

There is no public transport to get to the apartment. An airport taxi costs between € 15 per day and € 25 per night. Without problems we can organize an airport transfer.
The distances in Santa Maria are very short, so everything can be done on foot. If you fancy a taxi more, to be faster or at night, there are many and they are cheap. A taxi costs between € 1 to € 1.5 within Santa Maria. Rental cars are expensive (€ 30-60 per day), but they can be a good option to explore the island or go surfing on the west coast. There are free parkings outside the Leme Bedje.
