My place is located at the heart of Makati. Grab, Uber, Taxis are everywhere. For a cheaper alternative, you can ride jeepney (in front of the bldg) and bus that can be found nearby or take the MRT Magallanes Station which is a few steps away.

"Bait nd switch"?
Booked this property on the basis of the pictured property on VRBO. Unit given us was not anywhere the picture looked! Basics like kitchen utensils were not provided, the agent named by purported owner Noel San Antonio, did not even show up to meet us. Instead, another agent was sent who informed us that the property given to us was not owned by San Antonio, but owned by someone-looks like he overbooked or something. Pls check on this "scam". I just want my security deposit back, every cent of it back-please! Noticed too that the rent given to unit owner was half of what I paid San Antonio, I have documentation to prove it.
