Experience Sedona, intimate and glorious, in this well-appointed, furnished mid-century modern bungalow, 2250 sq ft, nestled in the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. Professor's Mid-Century Modern Magic in the Vortex provides an unforgettable stay.

Our house is colorful, eclectic, and full of local, ethnic, and global arts and crafts. The house offers a living room with stone fireplace, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms including master bedroom and guest bedroom with full baths, a hobby room/artist studio, an upstairs writer's studio with red rock views, washer/dryer, and private grounds with sitting areas and hammock. Enjoy this extremely peaceful and quiet spot, with flat roof and telescope for dark sky star gazing. The house offers wireless broadband internet and satellite television.

We're around the corner from the Chapel of the Holy Cross, within easy walking distance of hiking trailheads and off-road biking trails.

Rented as a furnished vacation rental with a three-night minimum, this is a perfect locale for off road biking, red rock hiking, writing, painting, photographing, exploring Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon, and just musing and relaxing.

Location was perfect. Out of town enough to avoid most traffic but close enough to dine or shop in 5 to 10 minutes. Hiking was very close without getting into your car. The home was beautiful and well kept. Upstairs studio perfect for star gazing. Quite neighborhood......just perfect!

We all enjoyed our stay a lot. The beds were comfy, the towels soft, any extras needed were provided, and the reading materials were so interesting! The location was wonderful, and the house really has a great style, global influences, good vibes, practical luxuries. We stayed at high season, so it was a bit expensive, but well worth the splurge.

We had 3 adults staying for 5 nights. The location was quiet yet close to the action. Several outdoor sitting areas and the second story patio is especially wonderful. The house is nicely laid out and it has everything you may need. We cooked several meals and found everything we needed. I would recommend this property to others.

Spectacular home in a spectacular setting

This property lived up to all we expected and more! The host was very helpful in getting us oriented. Location is amazing! Very comfortable home away from home. Secluded oasis in Sedona

Excellent location, beautiful yard with lots of privacy. House is comfortable and decorated with interesting art from around the world. We enjoyed stargazing from the second floor deck and watching a variety of birds visiting the back yard. Perfect location close to Sedona and world class hiking. The property is a delight: the upstairs deck (to view Sedona's red rocks and dark skies) and the hammock (to read in the afternoon) are two of my favorite places on the planet.
