Newly built villa consisting of 2 apartments called "Peuterey 1 and 2" the apartments are located on the mezzanine floor, the typical mountain house is located in the Peuterey wood of the Val Veny, consisting of a kitchen (equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, 4-burner stove, hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine), a lounge furnished with a comfortable sofa, television, pellet stove, table with 6 chairs, in the sleeping area there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (sink, bidet and tub) and two double bedrooms with bunk beds with shared bathroom (sink, bidet and shower) for a total of 6 guests.
In the basement, a convenient common warehouse is used as a ski and boot deposit, a timed shoe drying system is also available.
