Very spacious house, with 2 floors and solarium. All rooms are exterior with balcony or terrace and are very spacious and comfortable. The house has been mostly renovated a year ago,
The living room is very large and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher.
The 2 bathrooms are complete, one of which with jacuzzi.
Only 5 minutes walking you reach the beach of Palamós and it is very close to 2 large supermarkets.
In the basement of the house, you can park 2 small cars, as there is little height at the entrance. In front of the house, there is free public parking.
