Great location

Unfortunately we were in Spain during a mini heatwave and while there is air conditioning in the house, it is restricted to 2 bedrooms, so the rest of the house was really hot and uncomfortable, especially the common areas. The house is clean and the bedrooms are roomy and the bathrooms are quite big. I think that the kitchen could have been better equipped.

Well appointed and close to town/beach

Two families stayed here in this well presented property. With 4 adults and 4 children we had plenty of space to either interact all together on the balcony or lounge area, or take ourselves away in one of the 4 bedrooms for some alone time. The bedrooms were comfortable. 3 of which had there own Aircon. The one at basement level had a fan and naturally remained cooler due to its position. Our one and only teenager who stayed in that room appreciated the more isolated space! The kitchen was well appointed with what one would expect. Our cooking in house was limited to eggs for breakfast as we mostly ate out or just needed a few utensils and crockery for cereal and sandwiches, which the property all had plenty of for 8 people. Outside space was great with a good sun shade gazebo which we could retract in the afternoon after the sun passed over and was a good addition and much needed when at the large outside table. Parking was easy with 1 spot in the garage and on street parking available but not always able to get spot in front of property as quite busy but within 1 minute walk from property maximum. Location to beach/town was excellent both accessible within 10min walk and was the highlight as we went to the beach most days. We had an awesome stay at the property and Platja d'Aro!

THE MOST HONEST DESCRIPTION OF A PROPERTY WE HAVE EVER SEEN

We have stayed in a number of properties in Italy ,France Spain, and in Australia. THIS PLACE WAS JUST DONE WELL AND HONESTLY ALL THE DETAILS WERE HONEST AND CORRECT. There are a large number of places where we have stayed in the past ( None in Australia though) where the owners are not completely honest and the details are deliberately poor and the photos are very old. TO GIVE YOU AN EXAMPLE OF SOME OF THE OTHER PLACES WE HAVE STAYED>>>>>>> Sure there is hot water but only for one short shower. Sure there is internet but it fails to work. Sure there is heating but it doesn't work. Parking is available but down the street and far away. Some places were not clean and many of the facilities or appliances did not work SO WHEN YOU BOOK TAKE THE TIME TO DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING AS WE TRUSTED SOME OWNERS ( BUT THIS OWNER IS JUST TERRIFIC) ONLY TO FIND THAT THE DESCRIPTIONS WERE NOT TOTALLY ACCURATE!!!!!

Prima huis

Met het huis is niets mis als je goed ter been bent. Verder alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Is even omhoog lopen naar beneden en weer omgaan naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt en het centrum. Voor ons was dat geen probleem. Prima verblijf gehad.

Agréable séjour

Villa très propre à notre arrivée tout était parfait à part la cuisine très peu équipé (plats,plats de cuissons,saladiers etc..) mise à part cela emplacement idéal 10mn à pied du centre ville ,quartier très agréable et calme garage pour garer un véhicule parfait pour une semaine ou un long week-ends .

Hermosa estadía ✨

Hermosa casa en Platja d’Aro. Ubicada a menos de 5 minutos del mar y de la avenida principal. En una calle sin salida por lo que es muy tranquila. Tiene parking pero también se puede aparcar sin problema en la calle, al menos fuera de temporada. Está distribuida en 3 plantas: al ingreso tiene una gran terraza con mesa y sillas que se puede aprovechar para desayunar cuando el clima acompaña. En PB un living comedor, cocina muy completa con vajilla, cafetera, tostadora, lavavajillas, una habitación y un baño completo. Bajando las escaleras hay una habitación doble y la zona de garage y lavadero. Hacia arriba, 2 habitaciones dobles y otro baño completo, con otra hermosa terraza más pequeña. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, así como secador de pelo, espacio de guardado, perchero. La casa tiene bastantes escaleras, incluyendo el acceso. A nosotros no nos significó ningún problema, pero es un dato a tener en cuenta. Lo que se podría mejorar es el wifi, que va un poco lento y para quienes teníamos que trabajar se complicaba un poco. La comunicación con los anfitriones es fluida y correcta, nos respondieron a nuestras dudas en todo momento. Pasamos una hermosa y cómoda estadía siendo 8 adultos, sin duda repetiríamos!

Very good stay

The house fits its description: quiet street (but we stay in Christmas holidays) well equiped, good bed, near downtown, no problem to park our 2 cars in the street. The owner and agency are very reactive. The house is for 10 (we were 8) at condition that 2 people accept to sleep in the living room... So it could be a little bit ambitious... We spent an excellent stay.

Nice week in platja d'Aro

+We had an very nice week in the house, the distance to the beach was perfekt and in the city were a lot of different restaurants with typical spainish food. Many small shops and on friday a big street market. - Moskito war! Despite it we enjoy our stay here!

Perfect location

Everything was as advertised. 10min to the beach, in a quiet surrounding. The morning sun kissing the apartment and the balconies where we started the day. A clear recommendation!

Komplett ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Besonders genossen haben wir die angenehme Atmosphäre am Strand und in den angrenzenden Lokalen. Entfernung zum Strand kein Problem. Danke für das Entgegenkommen, 2 Stunden später auschecken zu dürfen, da der Flieger erst am Abend ging.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison mitoyenne a quelques centaines de mètres de la plage et des commerces dans un secteur très calme. L'endroit est ideal pour s'adonner aux plaisirs du golf avec plusieurs parcours de qualité dans les environs. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le chauffage en cette période de fin d'année où les soirs et nuits sont frais.
